Pro Enviro is under the ownership of Advocate Douw Venter, a seasoned environmental legal specialist with over three decades of legal experience and an extensive understanding of environmental legislation.
Throughout his professional career, he has honed his expertise in diverse domains, spanning from local government to criminal prosecution and civil litigation. Notably, he held the pivotal role of Director: Criminal Investigations and Prosecution at the former Gauteng Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Environment (GDACE), where he established and led a unit integral to the Green Scorpions initiative.
Driven by a commitment to aid the public, whether entrepreneurs or major industries, in navigating this intricate landscape, Advocate Douw Venter established Pro Enviro. Today, this endeavor has materialized his aspiration. Simply put, his vision was to serve as your partner in environmental law.

We also extend our expertise to agricultural ventures such as pig, poultry, cattle, and fish farming, as well as activities like abattoirs, feedlots for cattle, sheep, and pigs, as well as the construction of infrastructure like runways, dams, canals, channels, and bridges.
